All graduates and guests who plan to attend the Congregation must register via online on or before 3 November 2020. They are requested to present the tickets for admission on the day. According to the Government's policy on social distancing, the halls and all other indoor venues will be filled only to 50% of their seating capacity. Hence, it will be arranged for graduates to attend the ceremony in person at the ceremonial ground, while the graduates' guests will be invited to view a live webcast of the ceremony in the designated venues on campus.
Due to limited seating capacity of the venue, each graduate can apply for at most 2 guest admission tickets. Admission tickets will be delivered by post in late November. Please call 3943-8899 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive the tickets by 30 November.
